"It's Celebration Time!"
The Church of God in
Christ will continue our Pre-Centennial Celebration, with an
International Pre-Centennial Rally Day in COGIC
Churches around the world on Sunday, September 30, 2007, and a "Season
of Spiritual Preparation" with 21 Days of Fasting and Prayer in
advance of our Centennial Holy Convocation, which will convene
November 5-12, 2007, in Memphis, Tennessee.
On Sunday, September
30th, COGIC saints around the globe will unite in Spirit, with
spirit, to show our "COGIC Pride" as we Celebrate our
Glorious Past.
We will be arriving to
our churches with Centennial Car Flags waving, we'll be adorned
in "Centennial" Apparel, and our Praise & Worship will include
Spirit Paraphernalia such as: Centennial Pennants, Pom Poms, and
Megaphones.
